Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following regions:

   - North America (US, Canada) 
   - EU Countries

Shipping Costs & Import Taxes
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and dimensions. Please note that import taxes, duties, and any additional fees are not included in the price of the products or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for covering these costs upon delivery. These fees vary by country, so please check your local import regulations.

Order Processing & Delivery Times
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Actual delivery times vary based on location, product availability, and customs clearance. We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, but external factors may occasionally cause delays.

Estimated Shipping Time:
   - Europe: 7-14 business days  
   - North America (US, Canada): 5-10 business days  
   - EU Countries: 5-10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at info@4blanc.com.

Failed Deliveries
Missed Delivery Attempts: If your delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification or contact you directly. Please follow their instructions to arrange redelivery, or contact them referring to your order number to arrange the suitable delivery time. If you do not respond to the courier’s contact within 3 days or repeatedly miss delivery attempts, your order will be canceled and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
Re-delivery: If you wish to reschedule delivery after an unsuccessful attempt, please contact us or the local courier as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in the return of your order to our warehouse.

Warranty Limitations
Our one-year limited warranty* applies to all 4BLANC machines. However, please note that this warranty is only valid in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

- International Warranty:If you purchase a product from our Hong Kong warehouse and request delivery to another country, you may not be eligible for warranty service in that location. Please review the specific warranty conditions for your country before purchasing.

International Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns* or exchanges unless the product is defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact info@4blanc.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping Costs*: For eligible returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Conditions for Exchange:* Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, clean and not having been used. Damaged or missing product identification marks may result in the refusal of your exchange. If the machine was used the filter must be replaced, as it contains bio-materials, hence the refund mayl be recalculated.

Additional Information
Shipping to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders for security reasons. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Delivery Address Changes: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us at info@4blanc.com as soon as possible.

Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery of all orders to ensure safe and secure delivery.

1. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most European countries, the US, and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Iran, Turkey, Israel, or South America. Countries we do not ship to: Turkey, Switzerland, Iran, all south and central america, India, South Africa, Israel, Mexico - recommend ordering from Amazon.com

2. How long does international shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and customs processes, but we typically process orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.


3. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Yes, import taxes, duties, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs, so they may be applied to international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.


4. How can I track my international order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use these to monitor your package until it arrives If you have not received it, please contact us at info@4blanc.com.


5. What if my order gets delayed?

Delivery delays can occur due to customs or courier issues beyond our control. We recommend using the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your package.


6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, you may request to change the delivery address before it ships. Contact us immediately at info@4blanc.com for assistance.


7. Do you ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders?

No, for security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.

8. What happens if I miss the delivery?

If the delivery is missed, the courier will leave a notification or contact you to arrange redelivery. If the delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be canceled, and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. You can also use the tracking number to coordinate a new delivery time.

9. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and size/weight of your order.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to return the product after receiving it, please contact us to review our return policy.
